Lady Trojans fall to the Mustangs

Defense fails the Trojans as the fall 5-3 at home to Middle Creek. Mustang starter Darby Pearce handcuffs Garner with 11 K's and Middle Creek takes advantage of 5 Trojan errors to hand starter Christie Wright her first loss. Wright has 11K's also and fails to give up an earned run on just 3 hits allowed. Three Trojan miscues in the 4th plate the winning runs. Hallie Warner has two of Garner's five hits, with Nadia Jeffries, Scottie Powell and Kasey Hamrick with one each:
