Trojans outslug Middle Creek
LIVE WEBCASTThe Trojans pound out 10 hits and Drew Gay picks up the 10-8 win with two innings of scoreless relief over the Mustangs. Gabe Chrismon triples in Pat Monahan for the tying run in the fifth and scores on Dillon Creech's RBI single to put Garner ahead for good. Chrismon adds three stolen bases. Creech and Paco Martin register two hits a piece for the Trojans (2-1), who travel to Middle Creek tomorrow for the rematch, at 4:30PM.

JV wins at Middle Creek
The JV Trojans come from behind to take the 7-6 road win. Matt Hawley's diving catch in bottom of the seventh preserves the win. Scott McCreery gets the win in relief of Colin Perry. Down 5-1 at one point, the Trojan offense comes alive to go up 7-6 in the top half of the seventh. Bottom of the 7th 2 outs runners on 2nd and 3rd, Hawley makes the terrific catch in right field for the third out to win the game. The Trojans (2-0) host the Mustangs tomorrow at Trojan Park, 4PM game time.
