I came across this video yesterday on the Wend Blog, and thought it was just too cute not to share. It features a mountain biker headed out to the trail with his faithful companion Lily, who is an adorable little dog who simply seems to love running. Particularly after her owner on his bike. She seems to skip along beside him all the way down the trail, and has more energy than any creature ought to. After watching this, you'll want a Lily of your own to take out on the trail with you.
